巴西卡马萨里-高级人力资源专员/高级招聘专员
【岗位职责】
1、根据公司业务发展需要，带领本地团队统筹协调事业部开展社招、校招等招聘项目，负责招聘全流程管理及招聘数据分析；
2、建立并持续优化巴西基地招聘管理体系、制度、流程及标准，确保符合巴西劳动法律法规及公司管理要求；
3、拓展并维护巴西当地招聘渠道及外部合作关系，负责招聘网站、体检机构等业务相关供应商管理；
4、负责招聘、录用等人力资源流程数字化需求梳理，推动HR流程信息化；
5、统筹人力资源各模块协同，协调处理招聘及员工管理相关劳动风险与合规问题，推动跨部门项目落地；
6、协调中国总部与巴西本地团队开展跨国家、跨部门人力资源项目，支持总部政策在巴西本地化实施；
7、负责部门中葡双语沟通与翻译工作，包括制度、会议及业务资料翻译，支持跨文化沟通与协作。
【任职要求】
1、学历要求：本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、葡萄牙语专业或相关专业优先；
2、语言要求：英语、葡萄牙语/西班牙语可作为工作语言；
3、能力要求：熟悉巴西劳动法及相关招聘法律法规，具有风险识别、问题解决能力和跨文化沟通能力。
