Technical Support Engineer( Sydney, Melbourne)

Job Responsibilities:
1.After-sales Technical Support: In line with the company's overall strategy, resolve various technical issues that arise during the use of home energy storage products (energy storage batteries and inverters) across global markets to ensure the normal operation of the products.
2.Customer Relationship Maintenance: Maintain good communication with customers worldwide, promptly understand their needs and feedback, handle customer complaints and suggestions regarding product after-sales services, and improve customer satisfaction.
3.Product Problem Resolution: Assist local after-sales teams in analyzing and resolving product quality problems, formulate effective solutions, and follow up on the progress of problem resolution.
4.Technical Training and Guidance: Provide local customers and partners with technical training on product use, installation, repair, and maintenance to enhance their product operation capabilities.
5.Feedback and Suggestions: Collect feedback information on product use in different markets and provide valuable suggestions for the company's new product R&D and product strategy planning.
6.Spare Parts Management: Coordinate with warehouses across regions to ship spare parts and manage the repair of damaged spare parts.
Job Requirements:
1.Industry Experience: Have more than 2 years of relevant work experience in the residential energy storage or small-scale commercial and industrial energy storage industry.
2.Professional Background: Majors in solar energy storage, electrical engineering, power electronics, or related fields are preferred.
3.Technical Knowledge: Be familiar with mainstream home hybrid drives, PCS, batteries, and integrated systems in the market, and have solid electrical technical knowledge. Possess the ability to independently solve product failures.
Regulatory Awareness: Be familiar with local residential energy storage-related regulations and certification requirements applicable to the assigned market region.
Market Insight: Understand the local sales networks, installer ecosystem, and key customer profiles in the assigned region, with the ability to effectively promote products at the installer level.
4.Language & Communication: Proficiency in both English and the local language(s) of the assigned market is preferred to facilitate effective cross-regional communication.
Willingness to Travel: Be willing to travel within the assigned region as required by the job and accept occasional international business trips to other regions as needed.
